Digital Product Policy – Last Updated: January 1, 2025
TechnovaKey LLC sells digital software licenses and premium accounts, all delivered electronically. Because of the nature of digital products, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Refunds
We offer full refunds ( 30 Days ) if:
- You receive a non-working or invalid license
- Our team fails to replace or activate the product within 24 hours
- You request a refund before activation
⚠️ We do not offer refunds if:
- The product was activated successfully
- You purchased the wrong product (e.g., wrong system version)
- You changed your mind after receiving a working key
2. Returns
Digital products cannot be physically returned. In case of a problem, our support team will assist you with activation, troubleshooting, or provide a replacement.
3. Warranty
All licenses come with a lifetime warranty. If your key stops working, we will provide a free replacement.
4. How to Request a Refund
Please email contact@technovakey.com with:
- Order ID
- Product name
- Description of the issue
We usually respond within 1-12 hours.
