At TechnovaKey.com, all products are delivered digitally via email. No physical shipping is involved.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a cancellation within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at checkout.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. We will reimburse you within 30 days of receiving your request.
Non-Delivery of Digital Products
- Check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your digital product.
- If the product is not found, contact us within 7 days at contact@technovakey.com and we will resend it.
- If no contact is made within 7 days, delivery will be considered successful.
Defective or Non-Working Products
If your digital product contains a major defect or technical issue and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours, you may request:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement product of equal value.
Please provide screenshots or additional information when reporting an issue.
Product Not as Described
If the product does not match the description on our website, contact us within 30 days with clear evidence. Refunds cannot be issued based on personal expectations unrelated to the product description.
Right to Refuse Refunds
TechnovaKey.com reserves the right to decline refund requests when:
- The digital product was successfully delivered,
- No defect or technical issue is found,
- The product matches the description on our website.
Refunds cannot be issued when no actual issue exists.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed immediately. Banks or payment processors (including Stripe) may take up to 20 business days for the funds to appear.
