Refunds are issued for the following reasons:

Right to Cancel You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the contract is concluded. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). While you may use the model cancellation form provided, it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your request before the 14-day period expires. If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation request. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

Non-Delivery In rare cases, email delivery issues may occur due to spam filters or mail server problems. If you do not receive your purchase, please check your spam or junk folder. If the email is still missing, contact our support team for assistance in resending it or providing an alternative email address. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the order date. Failure to do so will be considered as successful receipt of the product, and no refunds will be issued for non-receipt claims beyond this period.

Major Defects All our products undergo thorough testing before release. However, if unexpected errors occur and we are unable to resolve them within 48 hours of your complaint, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement product of equal value, based on your preference.

Product Not as Described If the product does not match its description on our website, you must report the issue to our technical support team within 30 days of purchase. Clear evidence must be provided in writing. Refunds will not be granted for complaints based on personal expectations rather than actual product descriptions.
