1. Nature of Digital Products
At Technovakey LLC, we provide digital software licenses and activation keys. Due to the nature of these "intangible goods," once a digital key has been delivered and activated, it cannot be returned or revoked. Therefore, refunds are not issued if the license key is functional and working as described.
2. Delivery & Technical Issues
If you encounter any issues during the initial delivery or activation process, our priority is to provide technical support to resolve the matter. If a problem is identified with the initial delivery and our team successfully resolves it, ensuring the product works perfectly, a refund request will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility for Refund (Within 30 Days)
We offer a 30-day refund window under the following specific conditions:
- The activation key is proven to be defective or invalid upon the first attempt.
- We are unable to provide a working replacement or resolve the technical issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- The product has not been activated or used.
4. Warranty & Product Replacement (After 30 Days)
Beyond the initial 30-day period, we provide long-term support based on the product description (most products include a 1-year warranty period):
- If a technical issue arises within the warranty period, we will provide a **replacement product** or a new activation key.
- Refunds are not available after the 30-day window; only product replacements are provided under the warranty terms.
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed by Technovakey LLC within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account depends on your financial institution's processing times.
